We ordered the 10 x 12 and received the 10 x 10. Was not discovered until it was assembled and opened up. Love the umbrella, just wish we got what we ordered. Not worth taking down to return, not to mention we discarded the original packaging.
We have had offset umbrellas for over thirty years. This is the best one yet, top quality in design and materials We bought the 11 x 11 and chose to go with the steel base plate, a little more work but well worth the time and energy. are obviously at the top end in quality for patio furniture in China. The only problem we had was they shipped the wrong color but was resolved when they shipped the replacement cover and was easy to swap out.
Did not charge with sun like indicated. Have had it up for two weeks and it still does not work. Just for the use of the umbrella it is great. It stands up to the wind fabulously.
This is a nice, large umbrella with solar lights along each rib. We bought it mainly for the size but the lights are really nice. We first thought the lights did not work because after several days of sun exposure they did not come on. There were no instructions included with the umbrella. Upon further examination we discovered the solar charging panel on the top of the umbrella unscrewed. There was a cord inside that needed to be plugged in. The lights on one rib did not come on but the others all work.
I like the lights underneath it is easy to put on the table and the umbrella itself opens and closes great. The exterior of the umbrella is a totally different color now that the inside. The outside faded after only 2 years. gonna get a new brand this wont last
The umbrella is great. It was easy to assemble, seems sturdy, and is easy to operate. Cover dry/rotted and ripped in several areas in a year and a half. It appears to be made from a different material than the umbrella. I contacted Support in April. I was told they would send a replacement. Almost 2 months later, no replacement yet. I would just buy one but it doesnt appear to be available at their site. Disappointing!

Great Big umbrella but solar light dont always work.
Like this umbrella but the solar light dont always turn on.
Recommend you use the steel base plate instead of the sand/water base.

Stable umbrella we live in a windy area
Very sturdy it does take at least 2 people to assemble the umbrella.
BE CAREFUL, BASE IS NOT INCLUDED
Received the umbrella, the box is really heavy. Havent installed it yet because WE DONT HAVE A BASE. Pics shows base but its not included.

It is not colorfast it fades fast.
