I am SUPER impressed with this platform bed. It feels very sturdy and looks like high quality in person. Im thinking about buying another one I like it so much!
This product is made of solid wood not MDF board so it is less likely to break. I bought it when we found out we have another kid on the way. My two year old sleeps on the top bunk (on the floor) because we can use the railings. When my daughter is old enough she will move to that one and he will get the bottom. I had to make a piece to secure the railing while not being used as a bunk bed. When worth the money.
This is perfect for what we need it for. The bed came in great condition. No damage or broken/missing pieces. There is a bit of a strong smell, but I think it's that new smell that will eventually go away. It's very easy to ding up the finish so be careful to not bang it around during assembly and even when taking stickers off. I'm happy with my purchase. Took us 2? hrs to put together, but honestly I took a good 30 min of it trying to take the big ugly warning sticker off. I was determined. Haha
The quality was really good, especially for how relatively inexpensive these bunk beds were. We bought 2 sets. There are a TON of pieces and the instructions could definitely have been better. All in all, it took my husband about 3-4 hours to set up each set. We bought the white and are very happy with how they lookand how sturdy they are.
This bunk bed is perfect for my girls. It's definitely big enough for then to grow into...and when they outgrow sharing a room it can be converted into 2 separate twin beds.
The directions are a bit lengthy, and we all know dads don't need instructions right? So it only took me taking it apart twice to finish the bed correctly
Once fully together it is sturdy enough to hold them, and their mom on the bottom bunk with no problem! The kids have camped out on the top bunk and it is rated for a medium size adult so they are good to go on it.
