We got the bed halfway assembled only to discover all of the parts needed to build the bed were not included!! The bed is halfway assembled in my sons room while we indefinitely wait on the part!!! Do not buy!!
We disliked that we had to repair the bed before we could assemble it. We had to purchase and use wood glue to reattach metal screw fasteners and wooden pieces before assembly.
Now, I have to pay to send it back and a 15% restocking fee!! Not to mention packing it back up and having to load it and then take it in UPS to send back. Missing parts, cracked boards, warped boards, screw inserts missing and the ones that aren't missing are coming out. NO WAY would I put my Grandkids on this bed!!!!
The product I received is all scratched up. Normally I wouldnt care but the scratches are on the side that faces out. aside from the scratches the wood also looks like its pulling apart from each other in some places. Horrible piece of furniture, go to a local store and pick up something similar for the same price of $100 more. Very disappointed
I waited sometime to open the box because I needed to clear up a room, when I opened the box it looked like there werent enough pieces to build it so we checked the introductions and more than half is missing. We were disappointed to see how much we wasted on this incomplete bunk bed
This bunk bed is sturdy for my two young boys. It looks good assembled, and the drawers provide extra storage space for their toys, etc.
Good value for the money
This product came with no screws or tools for me to even attempt to assemble it. Now I have to run to Walmart and get someone to help me find the right tools, this is pathetic
