Overall I think it is a good mattress. It did have a slight odor but nothing offensive and it eventually went away. The pillow top wasnt impressive, but did get better as it aired out. The mattress is in a guest room and the occupants have said it was comfortable and slept fine. Couldnt say about how well it holds up. For the price it was a good deal.
It is very confort than my expectation. Its quality is very good, heavy and thick. Its perfect for my back pain. Its firm enough but not hard at all. After use it while, I can feel my back pain relief a lot. I love this mattress. Very recommend it.
I purchased this mattress for my daughter who is transitioning from a crib to a twin bed. I wanted a mattress with more than one firmness option so she is able to adjust for her comfort as she grows. I love that this bed has two softer options on one side of the mattress (one at each end) as well as a firmer option on the opposite side. The gray mattress cover is thick and soft. I appreciate that it can easily be unzipped and removed if it needs to be washed. The mattress arrived shrink wrapped and in a box. I opened it in a guest bedroom so it would have room to expand and because I was worried it would have a strong smell at first. It expanded to its full size within a few hours and I never smelled any odor at any point. My daughter hasnt slept on the mattress yet as we are still awaiting her new bed frame and new bedding- supply chain issues. However, we lay on it throughout the day and she talks about how comfortable it is. Im very happy with this purchase and my daughter is very excited for her new bed.

So far our Son like it on the firmest side, slept on it a few times and it was good. It came with a hole in the box, but the plastic wrapping was thick so no damage.

After sleeping it for a few weeks, I notice I have less back pain and wifes sleep quality is better now. First time buying a bed online, and its unexpectedly good quality. As you can see in the picture, the mattress is fully expanded and it surely looks one of those expensive mattress. Im glad that I found this mattress, me and my wife now have a better sleep every nights. Only complaint would be the delivery time took too long.
I received this mattress and gave it the proper amount of time to settle and take shape. I originally had the softer/medium side up first. It developed a sinking area in the middle. I then flipped sit to the more firm side to avoid having that problem persist. It has also developed on that side as well. I dont even sleep in the middle. I am starting to think the mattress is defective.

Super comfort mattress

I love it
It relieves pain so much that my arm falls asleep every time I sleep on it. That might be a problem but I still love it.
So soft like sleeping on a marshmallow I had trouble sleeping and it was awful no support.
I received it before Christmas waited 4 days to sleep on it and found it so soft I sank into it hurt my neck and back for two days couldnt sleep
