This mattress has been a game changer for my sleep. Usually I was a person that moved a lot and would wake in the middle of the night, but now I get a full straight sleep and wake up feeling rested than tired. The mattress is firm but soft. Once you lay down, it will definitely conform to your body and will make it as comfortable as possible. I dont wake up to any back pain anymore. The item comes well packaged, it is somewhat heavy, so definitely would be careful when getting it out. It inflated pretty quickly, but still do give it a day to fully inflate. It does measure up to 12 inches as well, and measures up to whats expected for queen size beds.
Took the chance on this mattress without seeing in-person, Mattress came in about 3 days, so shipping was very fast to say the least. It formed to its shape pretty fast after removal from box. We decided to use a platform bed with wooden slats. There is no sag of the mattress between slats and so far a little over 4 weeks of use and the mattress is very comfortable! Theres a perfect firmness but the top is soft without giving up support. My favorite feature is the ability to get in and out of the bed without disturbing the one on the next and vice versa. Very happy with this purchase and have recommended to others already.
Really nice and comfy mattress! Even if its a 10, it really does its job perfectly! I have tried a 6 inches and it was impossible to sleep, but with this one it really seems to sleep on a cloud! (Citing another review that made me buy this). The gel feature really makes it to perfectly fit to your back.

This mattress is amazing. It is exactly I am looking for. It came in a big box and I unpacked it and it expanded nicely and quickly. No smell or odor at all. I likes its design with soft side and firm side on two different sides. So it can fit different people needs. I like its firm side because I have a back pain issue problem after I delivered a baby . So I am looking for firm mattress. I can definitely feel the support from the mattress . I used it about a month and I slept very well . My back pain got relieved . I am very happy about this purchase.

Hard as a rock and even after almost 5 months still very uncomfortable
