I finally got the chance to lie down on the mattress, and its very comfortable for the price. Dont regret buying it at all. I was skeptical at first because I thought it was too good to be true for the cost, but Im glad I went for it!
okay so im a new shopper. due to the quarantine, its a little hard to go shopping right now and ive been in need of a new mattress. i contemplated for about a month, reading reviews. unfortunately, im the type of person who lets a few bad reviews influence me so i was VERY indecisive. i knew i wanted nothing less than a ten inch and this one had a few videos that could convince me so i finally pulled the plug and ordered. the price was a major factor for me. i knew i didnt want to pay too much to possibly be disappointed. BUTTTT, wow. i absolutely LOVE this mattress. its def a medium plush. my boyfriend slept all day and night the first time we slept on it. if there are any changes, ill update but so far so good! it didnt take very long to inflate but i let it sit for about 2-3 days anyway before i used it. and thankfully it had NO ODOR. as far as shipping, it arrived a day early (took less than a week). im very very pleased with this.
Ive only had this mattress for a little over a week so ill have to update this review; but so far so good! The mattress upon arrival was a bit heavy but unboxing was simple and it inflated fully within 24hrs. Its soft but supportive. Currently I have it positioned atop my old mattress i flipped over, which could be the problem, because it seems to sink very deep in the middle when my boyfriend lays on it; hes 190lbs. It doesnt sink when I lay in it by myself. No signs of loosing its form though.
I have a metal tube platform bed frame that allows letter/legal size storage underneath. Getting the bed out of the box and onto the bed was the hardest part, but me and my partner got it on in about 30 minutes. The bed expanded quickly in 30 minutes it was already at 8 inches. An hour later, it was at 9.5 inches and at that time, we put a mattress protector on it and the sheets.
My partner and I wanted a medium soft mattress because we both deal with back and hip pain. As soon as we lay down on the bed, we sank into the memory foam layer, enough that I was worried we might keep sinking until we felt the metal bar bed frame. That didnt happen, as the HD foam began to offer gentle support. I just took a one hour nap, and I did not toss or turn at all. I could have slept longer, except that my partner had lunch ready.
For the price, this is the absolute best mattress you can get. 6 stars for the comfort and quality of sleep. Even if it only lasts 1 year, it will pay for itself. Minus one star for the heaviness and issues setting it up (It would be so much easier if the grey side was on the outside of the roll: for us it was on the inside, forcing us to turn the mattress over) and you get our 5 star rating. We will definitely be buying this again if/when the need arises and if it is still available.
Its honestly great so far and Im extremely happy with it, but my mattress hasnt expanded to the full 10 yet and seems like it wont. Its at 9 inches, when is clearly listed as 10.
Only have had it for a month for my step-daughters room. Very comfortable and soft. Her dad has fallen asleep in it twice. Size is a little bigger than the box spring, but you cant tell unless you take the sheets and covers off.
