I love this mattress! So glad I got it. For the price and the comfort, you honestly cannot beat it! I got it a few days earlier than expected, so that was a plus! The only thing I may have concerns over is that I get really hotive changed the sheets to cooling ones and it seems to still be emitting heat.. maybe its just me? But anyway, overall, I totally recommend it! Its firm but plush at the same time. I cant explain, but it definitely molds well to your body no matter what position you decide to lay on.
So once you get it, it arrives in a box.. and once you open it and let it air out, mine reached its full 10 in a matter of minutes! The edges very slightly creased, but within a few days, it also went into full form. Mine DID NOT come with a smell that most experience. The only smell may be factory packaging, but not directly on the mattress.

Got this for a guest bedroom so it wont see much use - we prefer firmer mattresses and were concerned it might be too soft but its surprisingly not bad. A soft top couple of inches that gets a bit firmer. Adding snug sheets firms it up even more. No telling how indented it might become with regular usage, but probably just fine for guests if not more!

The mattress just slightly hangs over my bed frame, which I made sure to check the dimensions before purchasing to know that it would fit, but with the comforter covering it you cant really tell. Other than that Im satisfied with the purchase and it serves its purpose.
I purchased the gel queen size 10 inch, item arrive early. Item securely wrapped, no damage to packaging. I followed manufacturer instructions opening mattress, waited 72 hours before I slept on mattress. It was worth the wait, I had a very cool, restful night sleep.
I was really afraid it wouldnt be the right size of a actual queen but it definitely is!! Also its so amazing for the price which was once even cheaper than it is now! Soft comfortable and not too firm but strong! Not big on the inch size as long as its a thick mattress and this is thick!
