The recliner arrived today in one HUGE box. The 2 delivery personnel carefully unloaded the box and placed it exactly where I asked. After all the confusing shopping for a recliner, I just assumed that it would come in two boxes. Since my back pain would not allow me to do much, I had a young helper. The Ease of assembly can be summarized like this; from start to finish including moving out the old recliner, removing the huge box, and putting the pet protecting cover on, it only took 30 minutes. The young helper said that it was fun because it was so easy. Remember you should keep the box for at least 30 days just in case.
Im 6 300 and the recliner FITS me perfectly and comfortably. It feels very STURDY beneath me. Although my feet hang off above the ankles, this is not an issue for me as I was surprised to see so many reviews mentioning that as a problem. What I really enjoy is that this recliner can LIFT me all the way up with its SEPARATE CONTROLS, or LAY me all the way down FLAT with no STABILITY problems. The footrest operates SEPARATE from back of the recliner. The moter is whisper QUIET. There are no bells or whistles with this recliner. No heat and no massage. Just a real quality piece of furniture thats also functional and comfortable.
First impressions: Very Good.
2 weeks later. Not as comfortable as I first thought. The leg rest is definitely too short, at least 5/6 inches hanging off. The leg rest also does not rise above 40. The backrest is still holding firm especially when laid all the way down. If I were in a store, I probably would have passed on this one.
Its not a horrible chair its just not what I expected. The footrest does not comes up high enough which makes you slide down after a while and its not easy to get back in the chair when your handicapped. The chair is on the hard side. It arrived with no damage and was fairly easy to assemble. Ive had it a week and the verdict is still out but I think I will return it because I have not been able to sleep in it.
Preface: I am very picky because comfort comes first in my life.
I read so many reviews on so many chairs. I was terrified to end up with a hard, smaller than normal, junk chair like so many online. But not this one. Its soft and comfortable, and its not tiny. Im 53 125 lbs and my partner is 61 220 lbs. We both like this chair for the value and comfort very much. The only thing that is small is that your feet will hang off the end, but I dont mind that since the rest of the chair is perfect. Its wide enough that I have 5/6 on either side of me. I thought I wouldnt like the cupholders or theyd look cheezy. No no! I use one for my cup and the other for my phone and remote. I love them and never want a chair without 2 cupholders again! The 1st day I did have to help the foot rest raise fully (the last few inches to get it fully extended but now its fine. I thought I would dislike the pocket and it would look ugly but it doesnt and I love the pocket.
So easy to assemble. Comes in 2 boxes.
I didnt get this because it is has a massager and TBH I forget all the time until I happen to see the remote which I set in the pocket. Its so fun and I love when I remember!
I got the beige color and it looks so nice and clean. If you cant afford leather or an expensive brand this is your chair! I love that it is easy to move, it swivels, and both our heads are supported (meaning, its not a short chair like many of the other chair reviews warn). Thank you for making an affordable, comfortable, big enough chair for those of us on a budget! I will update my review if anything begins to deteriorate.
I originally purchased this chair because I had two back surgeries scheduled and did not know how mobile I was going to be, or if I would need assistance getting out of a chair. Not only did it serve its original purpose well, its now one of my favorite chairs. Because it lays almost completely flat, I nap in it everyday.
My brother in law assembled it, so I cant honestly say how hard it was to assemble, but I didnt hear any complaints. I got this for a great price, and I love the leather, because it can be wiped clean. Very comfortable, and seems very durable. Not overly cushy, but cushy enoughThis was an important balance, because my Dad feels trapped in a chair that is too soft (he doesnt like to sink into it). Soft enough to feel cozy (I tried it). Worth the money for a loved one with mobility issues, and will save your backing you have been helping them up.

First impressions. A Very Good Start, and then I woke up

Foot rest does not go high enough

Recliner doesnt come up high enough
Comfortable but doesnt raise your legs to a 90 degree. Only comes to at most 75 degrees.
Not good massager
The chair is good but the massager is not good. While the chairs vibration is extreme but you cannot feel the massage.
Perfect for resting and recovering after a long day.
I like the way its feel, also very comfortable, after a morning of dialysis this is my first opinion for relaxation.
Chair is small and fits me perfectly
The color is rich, a perfect cream color. Its being used in the living room with fire engine red sofa and loveseat.
Exceeded my expectations / love the cupholders!
