Its easy to assemble, comfortable and sturdy but I wish I would have known that it doesnt recline flat. Reclining flat is essential with my tailbone injury so a little disappointed. Looks nice and happy otherwise.
It comes in two boxes, was easy to assemble, just plug in and its ready to go. Im 511 200 lbs and it fits well. If youre over 6 it might be a little short
This has been a very nice chair. It is comfortable and was super easy to assemble. The massage function is very nice. The lift function is manual and fairly easy to move up and down. The seller has top notch customer service. The power cord was accidentally vacuumed and ruined and the seller was gracious enough to send a free replacement when I reached out. Im glad I purchased the chair.
I like the heated and the massage options. Easy to assemble. Love the built in cup holder ( works for remote too). Color is exactly as I expected. I am super pleased with this product!

easy to pull up the leg rest but so much easier to put the leg rest back. you just put a little force behind your legs to push it down until it locks / my fave part!
the massage can be adjusted but the high intensity is still a bit soft for me
