    Great quality.

Only thing that is difficult with this product is my mother is approximately 56. As the chair extends up to a standing position it is too tall and it tends not to assist with her getting in and out easily at all It is not used in assisting it is just another chair she cannot sit in. It scares her. But it was exactly what we have owned previously just not the right fit for her.

Just about everything I could want in a recliner/lift chair.

Six months later: The chair still performs well. I now use the lift feature and it works well for me. FYI, I am 65 and weigh about 275 so it can handle large people. One thing I would changeI would make the leg lift go higher. It doesnt raise my legs all the way to the horizontal There are many features about this chair that I like. All of these have been commented on by other customer reviews so I wont bore you by listing them again; Ill just say I agree with all the positive reviews. Im still getting used to the chair as I have had another recliner for so long and am so used to use a side lever to recline and having it recline almost immediately. Things that might concern you are the speed that motors move to position this chair. I guess it is designed for the REALLY old, fragile or disabledwhich is finebut I wish they offered a second, faster speed. If you are laid out and the phone rings, youd better hope the caller lets it ring at least 10X because it will take you almost 1 minute to get out of the chair One other thing. When you are putting this chair together, you are required to connect (what I call a DIN jack) which connects to the remote that controls the lift. But the female end is down in the side pocket and you have to try to line it up and connect this cable in the cramped pocket and you cant see what you are doing. The manufacture needs to make the female cable about a foot longer so you can pull it out of the pocket so you see how to connect it. To connect mine, I had to hold a small flashlight in my mouth to get enough light to see what I was doing. This is poor design. Otherwise, its a great chair. I am only using the recline function as I really dont need the lift function. yet. Fortunately I can still use my arms to push me up and out. But I know those days are not far away when I will need a lift. So since I needed a new recliner, planning ahead, I bought a lift/recliner. And I have no regrets for doing so. I look forward to many years of comfort in this chair.

    Damaged in shipment

These chairs look exactly like the picture. Although these chairs look nice, they came damaged. There were two big holes in the fabric when we were assembling the chair. The box was beaten up and filthy. This may be due to the deliver and not the company sending the package, but it is still worth noting. The chairs are firm yet comfortable.

    Relaxing and comfy

I received this relaxing chair in 2 boxes/2 days apart. It was easy and fast to assemble and I am not good at reading directions, but look at it and had it together in 5 minutes. I have spinal injury and it was hard to move where I wanted it, so I would put it together close to where you plan to set it. It has a contour low back support that I love about this chair. Its sturdy, comfortable and the heat is great. The vibration is there if you like that, but I keep it off most of the time. My grand kids run it non stop when they are here. Its a very comfortable chair and unbelievable for the price. I wish I had bought one bigger. Im 5 8 and weigh 155. Its plenty wide enough, however my ankles hang off when I recline; but its not a problem for me. However, I have over 6 foot sons and everyone goes for my recliner. I love that they enjoy it as well as my grandchildren. Its sturdy and back support is better than in any chair I have ever purchased. Its worth the wait and definitely the cost. Im happy with my purchase and considering buying a second one.

This chair is no good do not buy!!

After less than a year this chair is lang to the right about a inch ,i weigh 250 well within maximum weight. Chair is very uncomfortable in the seat(lumpy feels like mechanism for massage feature ) very hard to get chair back to seat position. As you can see in the picture fabric is tearing at the seam on foot part. Very dissatisfied with this purchase but its past return date ??. Im sure their is better chairs on for the same price. If you buy this chair you will be sorry.

    This chair saved my life!

This chair is nicely padded and comfortable! After a recent accident, having 3 broken ribs, a punctured lung a broken wrist, I slept in this chair for almost 4 months. It stood me on my feet helped to sit me back down again, saving me from enduring even more pain. The motor is very quiet and smooth as it lifts and lowers. The foot rest works independently, so you can put your feet up while in a sitting position. This is also easy to clean with a damp cloth. Highly recommend!

    The perfect chair.

It swivels. It rocks. It reclines. For me that was enough to buy this chair. The fact that it also heats and vibrates is simply the icing on the cake. And it was an excellent price, imo. It was easy to put together. I did not need any help and I am a 125/lb 5 foot 7 inch, 70/year/old grandma. It took about 20 minutes. I do have one complaint. Both boxes of my chair were delivered by FedEx. FedEx dropped the boxes down in the lobby where anybody could have taken them. Ours is a senior building, we have more than 100 tenants. Why they couldnt take the elevator to deliver it to my door should be questioned.

    Nice chairs

Purchased for my elderly mother who is in assisted living. They look nice and the material seems like it will hold up well. They arent the most comfortable thing in the down position. Mom has trouble understanding the remote, so may not be ideal for older people with cognitive decline.
