The instructions were really easy to follow and assembly was easy. Although a little tedious and took a good while. About 4 hours for me oof. But Im not genius or anything and had no issues. The package is VERY heavy though (full size), so if you have stairs be very careful
FYI low weight limit so a parent could never sit in this bed with their child. It is very pretty and good value for price. Most of it went together very easy except for the long sections of the canopy. Four of the screws would only thread in a little. The metal is thin and Im not really sure how well its going to hold up. But my daughter loves it.
2/8 Update: the missing part was delivered and everything was put together easily and with just one person. It is a stable bed and the mattress fits perfectly. Great product and aming customer service. They even sent an email to verify I got the part and if it was okay after being put together.
2/2 Update: I put in a service request for a missing response about 3am EST. At 530am EST, I immediately got a response in regards of the information I needed to provide. I did just that. And I received an email that the part has been ordered and sent out as soon as possible. Customer service going great at this point.
2/1 Initial review: Received the product right on schedule. Thats one star. The bed frame is packed in a box. Then this box is packed in another box with packing paper. Kinda pointless but saves the initial box from getting torn up. The box with the frame looked as if it was opened and then taped back together. Whatever. It happens. However, there are four main posts A, B, C, D. I received A, A, C, D. Therefore I cant not even attach the side rails to the one side because I do not have the correct post. I am waiting for customer service to open. I will update on their response.
Note: the material of the frame is or can be bent very easily, so you would have to be careful. But while putting the beginning steps together, it is super easy with the instructions.
I ordered this pink metal canopy bed at a cheaper price due to cosmetic box damage,however it was missing parts.
First off,there was no instruction manual. A call to the manufacturer was simple and they emailed me a copy instantly.
Thrn after I began assembling the product I realized there were missing hardware pieces and worse, too of the support braces for the canopy top did not fit into one another as theyre supposed to.
I am going to call again and get this straightened out.
Overall,I like this bed.Its so very pretty!!

Springs w steel straps would be better than tubes to support mattress and less likely to bend Otherwise pretty good VERY nicely finished! Just be careful to put the side frames together property (the slot holes must face in LOL)
Didnt expect much for the price, but it looks good and was easy to put together. Seems sturdy. One of the canopy poles did not fit, so its just sitting there unfastened. Its not worth the hassle to return, so well probably just tape it up and hide it somehow. Still a good buy though.
