2/8 Update: the missing part was delivered and everything was put together easily and with just one person. It is a stable bed and the mattress fits perfectly. Great product and aming customer service. They even sent an email to verify I got the part and if it was okay after being put together.
2/2 Update: I put in a service request for a missing response about 3am EST. At 530am EST, I immediately got a response in regards of the information I needed to provide. I did just that. And I received an email that the part has been ordered and sent out as soon as possible. Customer service going great at this point.
2/1 Initial review: Received the product right on schedule. Thats one star. The bed frame is packed in a box. Then this box is packed in another box with packing paper. Kinda pointless but saves the initial box from getting torn up. The box with the frame looked as if it was opened and then taped back together. Whatever. It happens. However, there are four main posts A, B, C, D. I received A, A, C, D. Therefore I cant not even attach the side rails to the one side because I do not have the correct post. I am waiting for customer service to open. I will update on their response.
Note: the material of the frame is or can be bent very easily, so you would have to be careful. But while putting the beginning steps together, it is super easy with the instructions.
