I ordered this pink metal canopy bed at a cheaper price due to cosmetic box damage,however it was missing parts.
First off,there was no instruction manual. A call to the manufacturer was simple and they emailed me a copy instantly.
Thrn after I began assembling the product I realized there were missing hardware pieces and worse, too of the support braces for the canopy top did not fit into one another as theyre supposed to.
I am going to call again and get this straightened out.
Overall,I like this bed.Its so very pretty!!
I just am now leery of purchasing items that claim to just have box damage.
