The chair was purchased for my wife who is partially disabled. It has performed to my expectations. She is very pleased with the heat and message . The lift enables her to enter and exit the chair very easily. Purchased another brand chair at twice the price and gave it away. Thanks for your product.
I love my new chair! I have a bad lumbar spine. I injured it in April. My home health nurse suggested this to put next to my hospital bed. It provides great back support when I want to watch TV. I am heavy and I wasnt sure this chair would be able to lift me up and out! But it works great!
This was purchased as a gift for a family member getting ready to go thru knee surgery, the lift on this chair leaves you at a nearly standing position, the one thing that it doesnt do is recline back as far as many chairs do, for me not an issue, the person I purchased it for likes to recline back more often, but still likes the lift option more than the reclining back so far option for the time being.
Chair came in easy to handle boxes, product arrived unblemished , packed carefully, easy assembly. Seller has a good product, would recommend seller and product.
So far this chair has been wonderful. My father with terrible back pain loves every feature. The heat, the massage and even the tablet ports/pocket on the side of it.

The leather fabric is amazing soft. Not your typical sticky hard leather. Very comfortable
