Lovely chair. First time to order furniture online. We were not disappointed. The lift helped my husband before his knee surgery and will continue to provide comfort as he recovers. And the massage and heat addition is great, too!
Good recliner for the price. It was a little confusing putting it together due to us having an extra wire, but then finding where it connected. Seat raises and lowers well and is comfortable. My dad is tall and he wished the feet part went out longer but is not an issue for anyone else who sits in it. It has the ability to select different settings for the vibrate and works well. We have not yet tried the heat. We bought the chair first then went back and bought the cover (which is amazing due to how well it stays in place!) It doesnt need the cover and looks great without it but helps your back and legs from sticking to the chair. My dad loves the cell phone charger built in the side. Would definitely buy again.
Im going to be having hip replacement surgery and this chair will be very useful for me. Because of the lift Ill be able to get in and out of the chair without putting undue strain on my hips. It is also quite comfortable and my daughter who is having some back issues in really enjoying the heat and massage. The only thing that concerns me is how I would get out of the chair if the power goes out. We have have power issues during thunder storms.
My 80 year old mom loves it! Shes nearly 5 short, 195 lbs. Chair is plenty big but she doesnt come close to reaching the headrest. Reclines further and lifts way further than previous lift chairs she has owned. She LOVES the heat and massage, as well as the cup holders. The few inches of hard/squared arm beyond the fluffy arm rest really helps her get out of the chair. So happy!

Heat and massage stopped working after a month.
The chair is comfortable but the heat and massage feature lasted only about a month. Very disappointed about that!
