My mother loves this chair. Was afraid to order online, especially since it was so much less expensive than others, but arrived and far exceeded our expectations.
Really needed this! Arrived on time, not too hard to put together ( a lot of wires to hook up) and very comfortable. The massage is more of a vibrate, but there are ten choices of pattern, plus intensity setting. Great deal for the price! Color is a rich medium/rare brown.
This was obviously not a product that was designed to be a heating chair from the start, but one that was a lift chair, and a heated back was added as an option later. The problem with this is that they did not design it with a new remote for all of the new functions, but just added A WHOLE SEPERATE REMOTE. So this chair has two corded remotes. Very inconvenient.
The chair is easy to assemble and very comfortable. The massage and lift work perfectly and I like the 2 built in USB chargers and cup holders. The width of the chair is not as wide as others I viewed and the arms and cup holders move when reclining the chair, so a glass will tilt and can spill its contents.
Had gotten this product for our other home in Florida and it was fabulous......finding it hard tho to be patient at the slow lifting BUT IT BEATS FAST AND BEING THROWN ACROSS THE ROOM,

I bought this Electric Power Lift Message Sofa Recliner Heated Chair Lounge w/Remote Control and he LOVES it!!!! Everything seems to work just fine. Very pleased!!!!
