Package arrived on time and survived the delivery man cart-wheeling it up our lawn with no problem. Fabric is soft and as pictured. My husband and cousin assembled it in 30 minutes and had all needed hardware. Just FYI, the weight limit is 250lbs. Since it is nice and deep and the skids are shallow, it takes a bit of force to get it rocking and maintain momentum.
