Cant comment on durability as I just installed it, but it looks great, the different spray setting work very well and it was a fast install. I added some waterproof sealant under the deck plate as it was replacing a three hole faucet, and I dont know how long the foam will last that is under the plate.
I liked everything about the kitchen faucet, the quality of craftmanship, the price, all metal design, no plastics. ease of installation, spare parts included and even included a 5 year warranty.
UPDATE: We received the requested piece. We replaced it and faucet is working great. Customer service was fantastic. We highly recommend this faucet. Thanks for a great customer service

I want to give this faucet a chance. It looks really nice and at a really good price. Just bought it.
It is a bit big in comparison to older faucets. But is nice, the Champagne Bronze was a critical requirement. Perfect color match. I am sure we will get used to the extra roominess.
The faucet is beautiful and works well. Great water pressure and I love the spray function. However there were no installation instructions in the box so I had to have someone come install it for me. That was disappointing.
I got 2 of these. One for my mother in law and one for me. I was hesitant about purchasing because the price was so affordable but I decided to take a chance. Installation was simple, instructions were straightforward and came with everything needed. My mother in law and my wife love it! The faucet has 3 different settings and we use them all! Great product and looks great!
Easy install, everything needed was included. Nice packaging. Not sure about the strength of the nut that attaches the faucet to the sink. Time will tell I suppose. Spray patterns work great,good pressure.
