This replaced a 12+ year old Delta Kitchen faucet that Im sure was 200 and she paid someone probably 150 to install.I was in charge of taking care of it, but I would replace parts to it every few months and it was just a costly mess.
I finally decided to nix the whole thing and get a new faucet. This one had great reviews and looks easy to install.which it was. The hardest part was removing the old faucet.the hot water faucet had rusted up, and it was in an awkward position, but eventually came out. Once that was out, it took about 10 minutes to install this one, check for any leaks which there were none, and I was up and running! My wife so far has been impressed with the heavy sprayer button, which Im sure well (meaning me) be using a lot in washing the dishes. And the water pressure seems to be better overall.
Weve only had it for one day, so Ill update if any changes, but honestly if this thing last more than 2 years, Im sold!
I didnt even realize it was going to have an angle jet function, and the swivel socket on the head is great! Made me realize my plumbing is non standard or something, had to get different adapters.
I installed this faucet only a day ago so I cant speak for longevity but the install was very easy and the faucet looks and functions so nicely!
Note that not all kitchen sinks are built the same / i live in a newly built home where they decided to put the hot and cold valves so close together that the hot valve is directly under the center of my sink this cash cause potential issues with the weight grip piece that comes with the faucet since my pipes are a rubberized plastic, too many sprayer stretches and retractions would eventually break my pipe since it was hitting everytime.
The simplest solution was to just move the weight ball 4/5 inches higher than the weight sticker and now I dont have to worry about the weight hitting my pipe the sprayer still comes out and retracts more than enough!
