There are several great things about this product: I myself was able to install it myself easily with just a pair of vice grips since I couldnt find my husbands channel locks. So far no leaking and works as anticipate.
Now the BAD:
I purchased this item as a ships from/sold by , because why would I think I needed to purchase directly from the manufacturer/company Inside the product box was a card to register for a 5yr warranty. The warranty page prompts for your order number. It errored out with my info copied/pasted from my order details and prompted me to email the company (which I did). The response I received was APPALLING to say the least. I was told that because this item was shipped/sold by and not the manufacturers listing that my order number was invalid. Fine; I responded with screenshots of my order and the item and asked how to register for the additional warranty (heres where I get angryI work in customer service and on no level is this acceptable). The response I received stated that because I did not purchase the item through the companys listing that I am not eligible for any warranty claims in the future as the company cant verify the item model and batch for my item. WHY INCLUDE A REGISTRATION CARD IF YOU ARENT GOING TO ALLOW THE PURCHASER TO REGISTER THEIR PRODUCT?! It shouldnt matter WHERE the item was purchased. It would be so simply to have the registration be based upon model and batch instead of order number. So while its a great product so far, I have ZERO faith in its longevity and clearly the company has none as well. I advised them to write a HUGE disclaimer on the listing to warn future buyers. I doubt they will so maybe I can save someone else the headache and anger. If I hadnt spent so much time uninstalling my previous faucet, Id return it and get something else from an actually reputable company with legit customer care.
It has a nice finish. Its been installed for two months and still looks new. Turns on and shuts off as it should. Has a feel of a more expensive faucet.

we had new counters and sinks installed and the wife and I narrowed the new faucet down to 2 from , both we great values, the one I wanted she didnt, but she won.
let me tell you, I am glad she did!! the faucet is a class act all around, from packaging to installation, clear directions, function and features. I have been installing my own faucets for over 30 years so I know what I am talking about. the most exciting thing I found is the pressure washer button on the sprayer that will blast anything off never saw a feature like this from any manufacturer under 100 dollars.
If could take this outside I could pressure wash my house, thats how powerful the spray is!!
