Bought it, installed, and had issues the next day with water pressure. Contacted the company and they wanted me to take it apart instead of ordering a replacement. Ordered a replacement anyway. Worked great until about the 10 month mark. Since then, I have a lot of trouble with water pressure coming and going. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips and replacing parts to no avail. It also have issues with the varnish/cover becoming discolored or scratched from basic cleaning. If you dont mind fiddling with it and then having to replace after 1 year, buy it.
Edit
Customer service replaced the entire faucet when I reported the issue with the head. Everything works fine and I added another star to my review.
I read so many reviews before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!! It is very well made and easy to install. Better quality than many of the more expensive brands I looked at in the brick and mortar stores. Its a winner for me!!
Even a 69 year old man with limited mobility can do this in less than a hour. Local plumbers refuse to work on manufactured housing. The joke is on them.you might need the3/8to 1/2 adapter
Installed today. Works great. I put up with a low flow faucet for 21 years. Changing the cartridge did not help. But now when I finally took the old unit out I discovered a kink in one of the three 1/4 D copper lines that are really too close to the deep nearly unreachable screw/down center bolt. I suspect the plumper who initially installed the fixture caught the copper line with his open/ended wrench. A special large ID pipe socket may have helped. Or, he might have used a piece of pipe before the bolt as a spacer to tighten down the nut away from the copper lines. This unit is much easier to install. No special tools required. The flex nozzle and hot and cold lines all fit inside just one sink hole with the bolt/down on the outside of the hole making assembly easy. I put soap dispensers in my two extra sink holes rather then buy caps. I doubled my water flow rate.
