This is great for a cheap, functional futon. Its not the most comfortable and a little firm, but for the price it was definitely worth it. The color was also exactly what I expected and its easy to lay the futon down and bring it back up.
I think this futon for the price is worth it so far. I would say it is likely a good choice fitting a specific type of usage.
If you need something that will rarely be used, in a guest room or spare room, then this seems like a good fit. It checks all the right boxes for something like this; its cheap, relatively nice, practical. If the intention is to have a main couch or to use for sleeping on a regular basis you may want to look at something a little more expensive.

/I wouldnt call this linen. That to me implies a soft, cotton kind of material. This is more like canvas, ruff and hard. Probably durable, not my idea of comfortable.
As to the point of it being uncomfortable, if you look at the default image, above the pillow in the middle is a seem. I dont think its an accident they placed the pillows to attempt to cover that up (or the flower that happens to cover it too). When converted to a bed, that seems runs across the middle, so no matter where you lay, this will be across the middle of your body. Another way of putting this is you have a seem going down the middle of it both horizontally and vertically. In other words there is no place to lay on this that you will not have a seem that you lay across.
I would also say that the size is unlikely to allow 2 average size adults to sleep on it together without being too close to each other. I also doubt it could support the weight.
All of this may sound very negative, but if your intent is to rarely have someone sleep on it I think for the price its a good deal. It doesnt look as cheap as it is but it does have its flaws when you dont consider how inexpensive it is.
WOW! Easy set up, just screw in the legs. Looks great, the head part has 3 different positions, Very good quality for 100. I can safely say I will probably buy their other pieces of furniture. Im Very happy!!
Its big but perfect for a small space. Couldnt have been easier to put together, I only had to screw in legs. One screw was missing out of 16. The tufting is simple and the matte vanilla color is soft and welcoming. It is not very comfy to sit on and I do wonder if it is properly supported to withstand the occasional 2/4 hour long sitting or laying on. The price is not bad and its a cool couch that doesnt immediately scream FUTON and for those points, it was money well spent. s got my little place looking cute!
