The dual use function is awesome!! The only reason Im not giving 5 stare because its a bit flimsy. The weight of the shower head weights down and the shower head slips and turn but with tightening and adjusting its perfect!
I made the mistake of installing the rain shower myself. All of the connections leaked everywhere. I called a plumber, he doubled the plumbers tape and the doubled the rubber bushings, then it was fabulous. It also has a water saving option, which is lovely!
Love the shower head- good quality, works great. The adhesive that was provided to attach the wand to the shower wall was not good- had to purchase something else because it fell.
Went together rather easily after paying close attention to instructions! A couple of noteworthy cautions. Main attachment has an allen nut that you must tighten. Be careful as the recessed nut itself is alloy and the allen wrench is steel, hence it can be stripped easily. My problem is flow limiter doesnt work so i get a massive strong spray. I noticed the flow restrictor doesnt screw on flush and wont screw off if needed. Ill contact the company and check for a fix.
The ad pictures are a little misleading because a) most shower plumbing is not high enough to get it over a lot of peoples heads, and b) the head doesnt stick out far enough to rain down on you.

The ad pictures are a little misleading because a) most shower plumbing is not high enough to get it over a lot of peoples heads, and b) the head doesnt stick out far enough to rain down on you.
