I agree its difficult to purchase a shower unit without seeing and touching it. I will also agree that you should hit the buy button on this one. First off.... easy to install! 15 minutes MAX! The rain shower head gives you a nice soaking within seconds. This one isnt the high power one but very sufficient! The handheld unit is high power and you can use it by itself OR combined with the rain shower head. This can be done with just an easy turn of a knob. You can also tilt the rain head by simply pushing on either side. This helps to angle the water to your liking. Nice unit at a great price! Super fast shipping was a bonus!
I think more than half of it is metal, which includes the shower head itself, the extension arm for raising, and the water diverter that fits onto the plumbing of the house. I think a lot of shower heads are around $30 to $50. So value, I would rate 5/5. Overall the instruction is concise, but the pictures along with literature helps. Not too hard for anyone who has assembled X. You will need a wrench, thats it.
One of the reasons I purchased this was based on the claims of strong powerful spray. I have plenty of water pressure in my house as evidenced in other showers and fixtures, but unfortunately the strength of the jets on this were minimally acceptable. Any weaker and I would return, and perhaps if it wasnt for the hassle of having to take it off and install another shower fixture.

The whole shower is mirror like! I can absolutely see myself in it and when the sun shines in , it reflects in such lovely way!
Very happy with my new shower head. Ive always wanted a rainfall shower head. The water pressure is amazing. This is exactly what I needed. Very affordable!! Did not take me long to install and I did it by myself.
