The Hose Exploded

This was very good but for less than a year. The hose recently exploded, making the handheld part useless.

Worth every penny.

Bought a house and all the shower heads were builders grade - nothing bad but nothing special. Replacing the master with this was an amazing decision. Only point of caution would be that it is fairly easy to scrape off the black matte finish during install. Still worth it regardless though!

Easy to install great pressure

I purchased this for my father who is handicapped and my mother who is not. It was easy to install, however the pamphlet of instructions was rather small. We opted to keep the water regulator off so the pressure is fantastic. The wand feels cheaply made so well see how long that last but the rain head its self is nicely made.

My favorite

This is a great shower head. Best a Ive had so far. The water pressure out the square one is strong even when you turn the handheld one on as well.
