We were in the market for a gun safe to keep locked up and away from the kids. Again, our main objective was kids not getting access. We werent looking for fire protection or anything else that other safes have. We did bolt it to the floor and the wall to secure it which you will need to do so it doesnt tip over when you are opening the door and to prevent someone easily taking it from your home. We were hesitant on the biometric feature and all the reviews were positive and there are no issues here. I was worried about the manual combination since there are only 4 numbers but you can create your passcode up to 8 digits so that worked out great for us. I contacted Adam, who is extremely helpful and responsive, after I received the safe and he delivered us the door panel organizer within days of receiving the safe. He has reached out a few times to make sure everything is to my liking. I didnt realize customer service like this still existed. I am very satisfied and will be purchasing more from him in the future!!
I like this gun safe because of both the fingerprint reader and it is heavy. I needed a neighbor to help me get it in the house. That is a big plus because it would be pretty hard for a burglar to get it out. Programming the fingerprint reader is easy, however I would highly recommend watching a YouTube video for directions. I had no luck following the written directions. After watching the video it was simple to do. As for the fingerprint reader it can be picky at times. Sometimes I have to try different fingers that I programmed. However even in those cases it is still faster then entering a code. I may try to reprogram some of my prints at some point. That is my only real complaint about it. Space wise there is room for multiple rifles, pistols, and ammo. It does come with the bolts necessary to attach it to the wall. I do recommend this safe.

The inner locking compartment holds other valuables as well. The safe is well constructed and has to be bolted to the wall or floor. The three different methods to unlock the safe gives me confidence in the ability to quickly access the safe in any event. The installation was easy and all the hardware is included. Be sure you record the serial number prior to installing, it is on the bottom of the safe.
This safe is exactly what I needed for my two shotguns and two rifles. They fit perfectly with all their ammo. I put the ammo in the lockbox that is inside the case. Especially considering how much ammo costs these days!
Setting up the safe was pretty easy with the included instructions. I set up an eight digit code, and my wifes and my fingerprints after inserting a new set of batteries.
I bolted the safe to the floor to keep it from being moved or from falling over. The floor seems to flex if you pull the safe, so not sure how that will hold up if someone really wants to take this. I wanted it more to keep the guns always from the kids in the home, and this will definitely work for this purpose.

This product came very well packed, with all edges and corners adequately protected / there was no damage anywhere. I thought the instructions were accurate and pretty easy to follow, and it didnt take much time until I had entered several of my fingerprints and the digital combination. The quality of the keyed locks is good, and the ease of unlocking and locking with the digital combination and my fingerprints is quick and easy. Overall the quality of this safe is good. As the instructions indicate, its necessary to fasten it to the floor or wall in order to keep it stable / this is because the door is heavy, which I like. My wall studs were in the wrong place, and so I needed to drill some additional holes in the back, and I used 3/8 lag screws to mount it to the wall. It is now VERY stable. I very much like having the emergency power pack to plug into the front in the event that the batteries inside run out. Unlike what some other reviewers suggested, I found that the beeping can be completely turned off just by following the instructions that came with the safe / it does not turn the sound back on until you reactivate it with the same key sequence.
I registered the safe to extend the warranty from 1 year to 3 years. As the other reviews indicated, you can contact customer service by email and they will send you an organizer for the inside of the door. I contacted them by email soon after I registered, and they responded by email the next day. I got the door organizer surprisingly quickly. This is very good customer service. BTW, the quality of the door organizer is very good, and it mounts securely to the inside of the door easily without any tools. While I thought the price of the safe was somewhat high, an exactly matching door organizer is currently running 40/47 on . This makes the safe a better value, but I still think the price is a little high. However, Im very happy with this product and I recommend it.
I had a tight 17 space but most slim safes are only 13 wide, this one is 15 3/4 and has the most internal space so it was a no brainer. fingerprint works great and very allows very quick access.
This safe works really well for my needs. I havent had it too long, but so far I like it a lot. Also the customer service was excellent. When my safe arrived it was damaged at bottom. Alan immediately responded to my inquiry and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived a few days later with no issues. The fingerprint works fairly well. It occasionally doesnt work on first try but has worked on the 2nd try every time. My only comment is the keypad for the PIN. Its only 4 digits making it more complicated to come up with a suitable code you can remember and cant be easily guessed. Alan also sent the door organizer which is useful. It would be nice if there was a shelf included (to store ammo or other items). Even if the internal storage at the top had a lip at the bottom, you could get accessories to hang off it (for storing handguns or magine clips). I got a magnet bar which works well to hold my magines.
Overall a good safe for the money. The safe came with minor paint scratches and small dent, but nothing major. Not the manufacturers fault. I decided to keep the safe with the minor imperfections. I contacted the company via email and told them about the issue. They sent me a door organizer for the safe. Overall Im happy with the safe and value wise its a good bargain. Would buy again.
