The safe came in one piece, no assembly required. The instructions were easy to follow. The biometric component worked as advertised. The safe had enough room for 2 AR/15s, 3 AR pistols and a shotgun.
The locking compartment up top is a nice feature. It will hold ammo and handguns. The shelf provides space for extra items. There is padding at all levels to protect your equipment.
All three locking options worked as advertised. Really good that an external battery source is available in case the batteries inside die.
The only minor problem was the extremely cheap batteries included. They didnt supply sufficient power to handle the fingerprint registration, which caused me to think either the instructions were wrong or I was doing something wrong. Additional instructions advised the batteries included were just to power the dial; it is counterintuitive to be provided batteries and they cant perform the full job.
An upgrade would be a 2nd support frame that would fit several
inches beneath the one included to better secure AR pistols\PCCs.
All in all, Im satisfied with the product.
It arrived well packaged and quickly. Easy to assemble after you figure out the setup. Programed my fingerprint at various angles and did multiple.
I like this product, my only problem is that the keypad stopped working after I had it all set up. Now I can only open with the finger print.
Waiting on the company but still hasnt heard from them.
I would hate to have to unbolt and send back.

A fairly good gun safe. The opening/closing handle could be sturdier. Good amount of room inside for shot guns and rifles with room left for handgun and a reasonable quantity of ammunition.

Set/up was easy and straightforward. Safe can be accessed via key, combo or fingerprint reader which is a nice touch. I use the scanner function and it works flawlessly. The door is solid and is top heavy when opened and holes on bottom and rear panel are provided to secure the safe to the floor and/or wall. A secure lock box is also provided at the top of the safe for handgun, magine or ammo storage.
Ive never had a better customer service experience. The left barrel rest was cracked. After registering the safe (3 yr warranty), I emailed customer service. Within 30 minutes, Alan responded and assured me a replacement would be provided. In addition, a door organizer was sent that can store 3 handguns as well as magines. Alan even checked in a couple of weeks after I received the safe to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this safe and it provides adequate protection.

The packaging of the rifle gun cabinet was just as impressive and arrived in great shape. (It actually arrived over a week earlier than initially quoted by .) I was able to quickly set up the new user code and fingerprint registrations. The cabinet is secured to the wall/floor, and now registered for the extended 3 yr. warranty.
So far no concerns about this product.
Purchased it knowing what it was and was comfortable with some of the tradeoffs. The back and sides are pretty thin but this is a non issue for me. If you have a small collection , or are limited in space this might be a good option for you. I can see this being movable if you are someone who does move more frequently. I was able to get it to the second floor with ease.
The electronic lock was easy to program, fingerprint reader is a nice feature which seems to work pretty reliably. There are better also more expensive options out there/ but this was a good choice for me. The reassuring clank when the door closes made us more comfortable with kids around.
There were a lot of safes available for similar prices. I ended up choosing this one based on all of the features and the price was lower than other models that offered the same features. It is a good product and installation was easy. So far I am happy with my purchase.
Safe took awhile to get too me and was delayed multiple times. Shipment was at the end of November going into December though, so this really isnt the vendors fault but its worth noting. Was received in a padded delivery box and is heavy. The door in particular is probably the heaviest part of the safe. This safe will do the job of securing your firearms. It is top heavy and a tipping hard, so make sure you are aware of this and plan out where you want to place it in your home. The biometric feature is snzy and gives the safe a more modern feel if thats what youre looking for. Additionally, you are able to store up to 100 variations of fingerprints. Setup is very easy to understand and extremely quick. Couple of things that did not come with this safe that I think ought to have, are a humidifier and a safe light. Theyre super cheap and would have been a nice bonus to compliment this purchase. The next tier safe would have been in the thousands range and likely wouldve been placed on back/order at a company like Liberty Safe. Vendor provided a door hanging panel for additional low weight firearms and ammunition. I havent checked this out yet, but they shipped it too me free of charge as advertised in their flier that came with the safe. Vendor is very responsive and I would recommend ordering from them.
