I did a lot of research and am glad I purchased this safe. It arrived within a week and was packaged wellno dents or dings like others have experienced.
Set/up was easy and straightforward. Safe can be accessed via key, combo or fingerprint reader which is a nice touch. I use the scanner function and it works flawlessly. The door is solid and is top heavy when opened and holes on bottom and rear panel are provided to secure the safe to the floor and/or wall. A secure lock box is also provided at the top of the safe for handgun, magine or ammo storage.
Ive never had a better customer service experience. The left barrel rest was cracked. After registering the safe (3 yr warranty), I emailed customer service. Within 30 minutes, Alan responded and assured me a replacement would be provided. In addition, a door organizer was sent that can store 3 handguns as well as magines. Alan even checked in a couple of weeks after I received the safe to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this safe and it provides adequate protection.
