These umbrellas are so east to use. The crank lifts it smoothly and the sturdy fabric looks like Ill get several summers use. The colors are lovely.

Great Customer Service

Unfortunately my umbrella broke after 2 uses, I contacted the company and was told it was not typical and must have been a default and immediately worked to make it right. Great Customer service in my opinion. Hoping the replacement works out.

Very nice patio umbrella, and keeps the rain off during my morning coffee on the back porch.

Works well

Have had it for a few weeks now and works well. Filled the basin with water and just note if windy AND you have the umbrella on a tilt, it may fall over but only happened once on a windy day. Love it!

UPDATE s customer support reached out and provided a new, replacement umbrella. Very happy with the customer support received and their willingness to make this right. Original: I liked this umbrella, unfortunately even with the umbrella properly connected to a base stand it flew out during a sudden storm and it broke a few pieces rendering the umbrella useless.
