I read the comments.everyone said medium soft. The bed is firm all around except for where you lay your head. I have to stacked several pillows just to prevent my head from sinking and having my body uneven. I wake and my back hurts
I am a side/stomach sleeper I fall asleep on my side and usually awake on my stomach. For some reason I wake up often with lower back pain if I awake on my stomach. Even though the mattress specifics state its a hybrid model there are more coils than foam. I am going to give the mattress a few more weeks to see if things will even out since it is a new mattress but if not I will be returning.
Got the pillow top incase the firm was too firm Id have a buffer. Mattress is quite firm and does work okay with an adjustable base but as other owners said and I didnt take heed of, the pillow top bunches up into permanent wrinkles and wont flatten out. That said it is a very firm mattress at a very reasonable price but I would lean toward the
smooth model without the pillow top. Ive given it 60 days to breakin or get used to. Not a good night sleep. Need to return.

I used to not be able to leave the bed without waking husband, but now I can get up in the morning without any motion on the other side of the bed, it really is a great mattress. Im buying several more for my guest house/Air BB as soon as they come back in stock.
I love the mattress its as described.very heavy for a mattress in a box but I did buy the king size. I wish the matress was a bit taller as its short for a 10 mattress. Its firm and helps me and my wife with our bulging disc in our backs no complaints but the thickness is off.

overall the bed is comfortable as long as you crank up your fan and A/C because this bed sleep hot, very hot.

This is a great product ( mattress) firm, comfortable and supports a good nights sleep.
