No instructions came with the frame but thanks to YouTube, mission accomplished. It doesnt fold into a couch easily and I still havent been able to do so.
Love this frame! Its easy to put together. I did it myself. 53 115lbs no big deal if you can handle a screwdriver and a Alan wrench.
Definitely would recommend if you want something that will last.
Oops...didnt know it was fame only. They should not show it with the mattress. Had to order that separately. Would have been easier to assemble without the toddler twins trying to help! Daughter is using it in her family room so she can rest and nurse the new baby! Dont know if that is working out as planned but the futon is very comfortable.
The sofa is great, suitable for my apartment, this folding function is very good. You can switch various forms. I recommend buying it. I have to buy this sofa for my additional small apartment.

Hard and can feel the springs
I was really excited but he mattress futon is hard and springy. It’s mostly for friends to crash or stay but not good for long periods of time
