We were looking for a desk our child could use during the school week that I could also use but also looked nice since it is in our main living / kitchen area. This definitely get the job done and love the look.
Directions were very easy to follow. Im not much for putting things together, but after about an hour I was completely done. Love the amount of shelf space, and seems to be made very well. I think its a great bang for the buck, and Im very happy with our purchase.
Assembly was very straight forward and simple. Engineering/wise, all the holes lined up and everything went swimmingly. Unfortunately, my desktop came with a pretty unsightly smashed corner. I will be trying to see about getting a replacement desktop and if I do, I will update the review. Aside from the disappointment of putting together an otherwise beautiful desk for my wife and finding this damage, it was a good experience. Will also update in regards to customer service and how they handle the damaged surface.
Packaged very well. Parts were organized and had all the tools for assembly. The desktop and shelves are heavily made and beautiful wood. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
I purchased two for my middle school aged kids. Their room are not very big / these desks provide a great workspace with some storage, without making the room feel crowded. I debated between this and another desk which had drawers, but the other desk was really low. This desk has enough space to fit a standalone drawer/filing cabinet if we need them down the road. I had issues with one of the desks, and the seller worked with me in a timely, kind manner, great customer service. My tween kids assembled them on their own, with a bit of help tightening, in about 45 minutes. Weve had it for 2 months, its sturdy and will serve us well for a while. The metal frames work great with magnets. Great value for money.
