This is a sturdy, great looking desk thats perfect for my wifes sewing machine and supplies. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully. Leave the bolts 1/3 un/tightened until all parts are properly in place. This is especially helpful when attaching the table top to the frame. I had to lift up the table top slightly to get a good visual when I threaded each bolt through the frame and into the hole in the table top. Otherwise, its hit or miss and tons of frustration.
This is an awesome desk. The kit included a replacement parts package which is awesome! I didnt realize it is wood painted white when I ordered it, but it looks great and is sturdy. Very easy to assemble, all of the predrilled holes lined up perfectly. Very halt with the purchase.
The desk is just as you see in the picture, totally gorgeous! Very easy to assemble, my boys 14 and 11 put it together. And the price was so reasonable, a modern desk with aged wood like this would have been 500 or more at any world market or pottery barn. We are very happy with our purchase.
I needed a desk for my remote job, and I looked through and Wayfair and considered many options. I settled on this because I liked the white color and I liked the three shelves. Reviews helped, too. I assembled it easily, by myself and under one hour. Moved it by myself as well. No issues. My dad came over and saw it and really liked it, and bought a rustic version for his home. We assembled that one together. Again, it was simple and easy. He liked it so much, he bought a second one to replace the other desk in his office. He assembled that one by himself. All three arrives well/packed and intact with all necessary pieces. They even include extra pieces in a separate bag. The directions are pictures, but if you can assemble furniture this is no different. I work at this desk all day every day, and it fits everything I need including my large tom cat. I heartedly recommend this desk.
Arrived early. All parts included, and spares! Pretty simple to put together, it took me 30mins. Nothing was broken or chipped. One of the metal legs had a dent, no biggie. The only thing I changed was not adding the back piece of the shelves. Its much easier storing binders and larger books without this piece. Overall, great!

My only misgiving with the desk is the chip that was on the desk when I took out all the pieces to assemble it. As you can see, its clearly visible from any angle of the room.
The corners of the desk are also super sharp so if you have a little one or a pet that bumps their head on things (like me) you might wanna get some cushioned corner covers or something to keep them from hurting themselves.
I love this desk. Tons of storage. It was easy to put together even by myself (it is heavy though) and sturdy and I know it will last a long time. I love that I can put magnets on the metal sides to spice up my work area.
