My husband and I assembled in like 10 min. Its not as comfy as our other couch, but its great for what we purchased it for, overnight guests. Good Product.
Easy to assemble. Easy to use functionally. Space saving is good as it pulls out to about a full and not a queen as I thought. Comfort takes a huge hit. Hump in the middle seperates sleeping with someone comfortably or even just sleeping alone. Some parts are even more firm than others and Ive added padding to try and compensate. the storage portion is a nice touch though. Ive thought about getting a mattress topper to help but then it takes away from the ability to push in the one side smh. This could have been designed a little better. Disappointed Basic.
I had an unusual experience with ordering this product. I tried to pregame and order ahead of the holidays, unfortunately, I wasnt quick enough. It took about 1 1/2 month for the boxes (thee in total) to arrive. This in no way is at fault of the seller, it was due to COVID/19 and the holidays jamming FedEx up. Having just moved, I was hoping to have this before the holiday so I would be able to seat guests. Unfortunately that didnt happen. I then started getting concerned that when it actually did arrive it would be damaged. When it arrived, my suspicion was correct and the couch was damaged (pictures posted below). The guide that helps the couch turn into a bed had been broken off, which again, is likely due to poor handling during shipping, but I think I should be able to fix it. That being said, the reviews speak for themselves, Im just a victim of circumstance.
The Cymax Manager has been so lovely in helping me with frustrations that I dont entirely regret buying this couch. As of right now were working out a deal to appease the damages of this product.
The couch itself is a little firm, which I totally dont mind, its sleek, pretty to look at, and I love propping my feet up on the pullout when i want to be extremely ly. I would feel comfortable recommending this product to anyone in need of an affordable couch as an accent to a smaller room. Too many parts. Assembly is a pain.
this couch is aming and we get so many compliments on it. we actually ended up buying a second one and made a make/shift u/shaped sectional couch Cute.
I needed to find a couch that would fit through a narrow hallway and this one was perfect. It came in three heavy boxes but was pretty easy to assemble. The fabric of the couch seems very durable and easy to clean. I love the added storage in the chaise. As others have said it is a firm couch. The kids love the sleeper pull out for movie nights. It was easy.
