I had an unusual experience with ordering this product. I tried to pregame and order ahead of the holidays, unfortunately, I wasnt quick enough. It took about 1 1/2 month for the boxes (thee in total) to arrive. This in no way is at fault of the seller, it was due to COVID/19 and the holidays jamming FedEx up. Having just moved, I was hoping to have this before the holiday so I would be able to seat guests. Unfortunately that didnt happen. I then started getting concerned that when it actually did arrive it would be damaged. When it arrived, my suspicion was correct and the couch was damaged (pictures posted below). The guide that helps the couch turn into a bed had been broken off, which again, is likely due to poor handling during shipping, but I think I should be able to fix it. That being said, the reviews speak for themselves, Im just a victim of circumstance.
The Cymax Manager has been so lovely in helping me with frustrations that I dont entirely regret buying this couch. As of right now were working out a deal to appease the damages of this product.
The couch itself is a little firm, which I totally dont mind, its sleek, pretty to look at, and I love propping my feet up on the pullout when i want to be extremely ly. I would feel comfortable recommending this product to anyone in need of an affordable couch as an accent to a smaller room. Too many parts. Assembly is a pain.
