I purchased this on one review taking a big risk. Im happy to say I did. Im very happy with my new couch. Its a beautiful color! My daughter love it!!!
The sofa was shipped quickly, packaged nicely, was easy to assemble and looks great in my new home! The ottoman can easily switch sides and is great for smaller spaces. A great blending of comfort and style. Expected.
At first, I was apprehensive about buying a sofa at a new store with no reviews on but boy am I glad I did. I love my sofa, it looks aming! Its honestly beautiful, my place looks so much better now. The blue velvet is stunning. Heck, it looks even better than it does in the photo. The velvet is smooth and does not irritate the skin at all. The cushions are comfortable, especially the back cushions. Please note that at first sit, the bottom cushions are not insanely soft. They are not hard but you wont sink into them when you take that first seat. Keep in mind the sofa is new so it needs to be broken in and the cushions were shipped vacuum sealed. Overall, I see this as a none issue but others might not. The packaging states to give the cushions 72 hrs to get shape but honestly, mine had great shape and looked aming as soon as I took them out of the wrapping. Also, know that the chaise is detachable. You can put it on the left or right. Lastly, this was the fastest shipping Ive ever seen. said a week delivery but it arrived in 3 days!!! Good deal and was easy to put together.
The chaise came slightly damaged, the seam was coming undone but was shipped a replacement within a week! Thank u so much! Fits perfectly in my home! I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.
Weve had it months. Seems to be doing okay. I will mention the joints where you slide the armrests in are not as tight as at first. Im a little uncertain of whether or not the cushion seating will eventually start revealing bumps and edges. Time will tell. Keep in mind, this is not a plush couch. Personally, I would rather the guest couch be a bit firm. Excellent product!
Bought this for my daughters bedroom in a house she shares with 4 other girls in college. It is appealing to the eye, and fits perfectly in my daughters bedroom. However, the sofa is over priced for what you get. Its not very sturdy, and the mechanisms used to open and close the bed feel as though they will break off if you use to much pressure opening and closing. My husband has to go to my daughters at least once a month to tighten up all the bolts and screws. After a year my daughter sold it for 100, and we bought her one that looked and functioned the same, only a lot nicer, sturdier, and overall built better than this one. Honestly, if I saw this in person before I bought it, I would have expected to pay half the price I bought it for.

I loved my couch. There was a small hole in the base board (like an ice pick hole) but you cant see it soo Im thrilled! Love it.

This couch has no depth to the seat at all! My feet hang off of the chaise and I am short.
