Weve owned this for 2 years and are still happy with the purchase. This bunk bed set is sturdy and well made. Theres definitely a low clearance between the bunks and Ive hit my head more than once but that doesnt happen to my kids. Nonetheless, I actually like that theyre shorter because its a smaller distance for my older daughter to climb up the ladder and makes it easier for me to change the top bunk bedding. We didnt have trouble with assembly like others on hereIf you have a small house like us, just remember to do the last few assembly steps AFTER you bring the bunk bed into the bedroom. Fully assembled, it would be difficult/impossible to get through a doorway.

We had just moved house and all the family coming for Christmas. My husband put together 2 pairs of these bunk beds. They are beautiful and the children loved them. Great product for the price, though lots of work to put together.
We bought this item for ours sons. Currently our four year old is on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk is unoccupied. The item looks great, and the construction seems very solid. Our only gripe was during assembly the long pieces that run along the side of the bed, are poorly labeled, and very similar looking to boot. Several times my wifes commented, why are some of these labeled, and others are not? This led to us having to take apart the beds to flip pieces around, and adding an extra half hour or so the process. Once they are built they are a fine looking piece of furniture, but be warned, and be wary.
If I had been sent the instructions and THE WHOLE BED, I would have given this at least 4 stars. BE CAREFUL getting this bed from Warehouse. It said it was, like/newwell, I guess their idea of like new is to send the bed in a damaged box and missing pieces. I will say that I was refunded immediately. Im sure if you get this bed new from there will be a complete bed for you, i hope.
We bought this set for our 5 year old daughter and (almost) 2 year old son. Were trying to sell our home.and they share a small bedroom. Hes also beginning to climb out of his cribyikes! So, we thought this would satisfy the space restrictions while providing a safe bed for both of our kiddos!
It is a great dark blue color and fits nicely in a small space. It is a shorter bunk bed, which is great for small kids. One review talked about limited space between the top and bottom bunks, but I dont see this as an issue since my little guy will be sleeping down there, not me! The directions are all pictures, which I do hate, but once you get part of it together, the directions make a ton of sense. All of the hardware was included and worked just fine. It took us about 3.5 hours to put it together, but we had a lot of little interruptions as well. Its nice that it separates into two twin beds as well (which is an easy thing to do.take the ladder off, separate bedsthats it!)
Overall, we are very satisfied with this purchase! The price is great.the bed is super sturdycolor is great Most importantly, the kids LOVE it!

We received the package promptly and in good shape thanks to . However, there was no hardware included whatsoever. I called and let know and they shipped it out within a couple of days, but didnt apologize or seemed surprised at all which leads me to believe this isnt all that unusual. Boo for poor quality control and customer service reps with no personality.
The bed is sturdy and the blue is very nice / not really dark enough to be navy, but a nice medium blue. My kids are young so I like that this bed is a lower profile than some others. I am 5 3and can kiss my older daughter goodnight when she is tucked into the top bunk. This comes at a price though. The bottom bunk is very close to the top. They are pretty sandwiched together, in fact. It is annoying to not be able to sit up very much in the bottom bunk and it is a major pain to make that bed. I saw a low profile bunk bed at (the Tromso) that was about the same height, but allowed for much more room between the bottom and top bunks because the bottom bed was positioned significantly lower. Then again, that bed could not be separated to use as two freestanding beds. The Tromso would have been more convenient, but didnt look as nice as this one. Still, at times I have regretted my choice. This issue doesnt seem to bother the kids, but irritates me and might be a comfort issue for a larger child.
Another reviewer had mentioned the top bunks raw wood slat base being a safety issue for the child on the bottom bunk. We also felt this could be a potential problem, but it was easily solved for about 12 spent at Home Depot. My husband cut and neatly nailed three MDF boards to the slats so there is no danger of whacking your head on the sharp corner of one of the exposed slats as you get in or out of the bottom bunk. It looks much neater too.
In summary, this bed is very sturdy and nice looking, but isnt perfect.
Love this bed it was one of the only ones that would fit in the space I was working with and you can not beat the price. Im very pleased. It was not to difficult to put together the only one problem is that the bottom stair did not have holes to attach the ladder to the bed. I just pre/drilled and added it myself other than that m very happy with my purchase.

Looks Great, but Be Attentive During Assemblage

No screw driver tool for cross/screws. Hard labor to assemble by 1 person but I managed enough to assemble them.
