packaging was great. instructions were clear. Although not all items were labeled, they were grouped together logically that there was no need to guess which parts were the unlabeled ones. I put both beds together alone (unstacked) in about 4.5 hours because of numerous interruptions by my 6 4.5 year olds;
Beautiful beds!!! I have 2 sons, 11 and 7 and it has stood up to their abuse! Shipped fast, easy to put up and take down. We have since separated our boys and the beds came part nicely and went back together nicely. They look great either together or by themselves!

I live in a small place and my kids room has low ceilings. This bed was perfect for our situation. There were a lot of complaints about assembly in the reviews but I didnt find it too difficult. If you have worked with furniture, this doesnt seem too bad. The bed is great for younger kids but probably too small for older ones. Theres really no head clearance in the lower bunk so you cant really sit up unless youre small. Splitting the bed up to two single twins can be a solution if your room has the space. One last thing to note is that if you do split the beds, they are not identical. The bottom bed has a taller headboard.

The only problem that I have is that there is not very much room between the bottom and top bunk, making it impossible to sit up on the bottom bunk without bonking your head. Otherwise, its great! Arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition.

They are a nice espresso color and the husband put them together with limited complaint so I take that as a positive. I didnt hear much cussing and fussing and it only took him about 3 hours. Nice set. We also bought the for our two girls and it is nice as well.
bed arrived in 2 boxes. while all parts werent labeled, it was easy to figure them using direction sheet and label the ones that had no label. all hardware was there, easy to assemble, and was very sturdy. liked that it wasnt as tall as some of the other bunk beds. grandchildren love it. great bed for the money.
My wife and I have been in contact with manufacturer and still no resolve. The wrong leg/post was for the top bunk causing you not to be able to put the rail on the back side up.

These beds are great for the price. Theyre a little wobbly, and they were hard to put together by myself, but my kids love them.
