Getting support from the website is difficult you need to sign up as a dealer. I just need a replacement 8 screw for the bottom attachment because only THREE were in the packaging.
I purchased 2 chairs; the loved the first one so we got a second.
Other than missing that screw, the chairs are great!
I have only had this chair for a few months and the vinyl on the arms has worn through. Also it isnt the most comfortable place to sit for long periods of time.
It is so comfortable to sit on for hours! And so pretty, too. Assembling it takes a bit of work on my part, but thats what it takes and you do it only once (if you do it right).
I really like this chair, very comfortable, good quality. I work from home so I use this chair everyday for 8hrs. I am pleasantly surprised its just perfect.
I have had this for about 68mo the and I work from home 8hrs a day, 5 days a week. The arm rests are now wobbly and squeak when I get in and out of the chair. The bottom padding is pretty much gone. Now its not comfy. It does look super cute!
Love the look of this chair but it isnt the most comfortable anymore after only 2 months. I work from home full time and sit in this for several hours a day. I can feel the metal supports under the bottom cushion, and really feel like I need a lumbar pillow. I am going to get a pillow for my back and then maybe an extra support cushion for below since it really is so pretty and goes with my office decor. If you dont have to work a lot from this, it might be different for you and it really is as pretty in person, if not better.

Happy with the chair How long it will hold up, not sure. I wanted the tall back and ordered the short by mistake but lovely none the less!! Great buy.
