I received this item a month ago, and still have not been able to use it. When I received the chair, it was missing the bolts and hardware needed for assembly. I immediately contacted support, who told me I needed to go through the customer service of the seller. When I contacted that number, they told me to send an email to their department with proof of my purchase and shipping address to mail the parts. The representative managing the email then informed me that they do not support those inquiries since I purchased through . A month later, I have finally been able to get the hardware ordered. This has been such a hassle that I wish I went with a different product. While it looks sleek and nice, not worth the pain of managing the wild goose hunts on customer service calls to get parts ordered for it.
This was easy to assemble, beautiful looking chair but the curve is exaggerated at the top of the chair and thats terrible for your back. So it basically looks like only your bottom will have any support but your mid back or upper back, nothing. Who designed the function of this chair and what were they thinking?! Youll need to lay back just to rest any part of your back, which leads to forward head posture. I had to buy a back support that is made for lumbar part but adapted it to thoracic. I mean seriously, I had a hard time finding anything for upper back because most chairs already have support for that. At the price this chair comes at, proper ergonomic design should be part of the deal

1. Looks great. Definitely looks more luxurious than what it cost.

1. A PAIN to assemble. Everything was misaligned and god only knows how I managed to assemble it.
2. Not very wide seating area especially with the arm support coming in the way. Good to sit upright, but thats about it.
3. After using it for about 1 month, the seat seems to be crumbling. It creaks and feels like Im sitting on cardboard deflated quite a bit. (FYI Im 180lbs)
Now I just want to get rid of this and get a proper office chair Got deceived by the looks! Not comfortable for extensive use.

Poor quality for the price. It look good from far but far from good.
