I received this item a month ago, and still have not been able to use it. When I received the chair, it was missing the bolts and hardware needed for assembly. I immediately contacted support, who told me I needed to go through the customer service of the seller. When I contacted that number, they told me to send an email to their department with proof of my purchase and shipping address to mail the parts. The representative managing the email then informed me that they do not support those inquiries since I purchased through . A month later, I have finally been able to get the hardware ordered. This has been such a hassle that I wish I went with a different product. While it looks sleek and nice, not worth the pain of managing the wild goose hunts on customer service calls to get parts ordered for it.
