I believe the product itself is okay for the price, but the handling is absolutely horrific. Either by the manufacturer or . Box came beaten up and the chair took damage.
The manufacturer offered a new chair upon return of the damaged one, which bumped the star rating up from 1 to 3.

I needed more support for my lower back and less seat depth. As such, this didnt really work for me. I much preferred the Hyken Mesh desk chair that I purchased at Staples.
This chair is waaay too big for me for being economic. I am 160cm tall and cannot reach my feet down to the floor when the chair is adjusted to my desk. The main problem is that the seat is too long, even if I use a pillow on my back its not enough.
I was also disappointed that you can basically not adjust anything else than the height. I prefer a cheap chair where I can adjust the size to a goodlooking one.
