Heres what my experience was:
The frame arrived on time and quickly, was well packed, and very easy to transport. The issues arose when it came time to attach the headboard and footboard to the rest of the frame. After taking the frame apart twice and going over the steps multiple times, I still could not get the holes to align enough to get the prescribed screws in.
After realizing that they simply wouldnt align, I emailed the seller and got a quick response asking me for more information about the frame. I sent it along and within the next communication, they were sending me a new frame at no charge to me!
While assembling the new frame, I still noticed that just one hole wasnt super well aligned despite everything else fitting perfectly, but I was able to secure it enough that I feel confident sleeping on it.
Pros:
/beautiful headboard and frame
/fast customer service and solution finding
/relatively straightforward instructions with putting things together
Cons:
/quality control seems to be an issue with parts
/the bed does indeed squeak a little during adult activities
Overall, a mediocre experience that was aided by the fantastic job of the customer service provided by the seller! Not super sturdy.
This frame is very sturdy and nice! Looks aming in my daughters room. The only reason why I didnt give it five stars is because putting it together is extremely time consuming. It took over 3 hours and Im usually pretty quick putting things together. Also, the box when it arrives is extremely heavy so be prepared, carrying it yourself most likely will be a no go. Not so bad.
Super easy to put together (took me about an hour), all pieces where in the box (Thank God), seems pretty sturdy (only time will tell) also I am thinking about putting a piece of plywood across the slats just because I have a rowdy 3yr old that likes to jump on the bed sometimes. The trundle part has rollers so its easy to pull in and out. Only one thing wrong is the trundle front piece was cracked (picture attached) so I will see if they can send me a replacement front piece and the box it all came in was basically mangled. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase. My son loves it!!
This is a nice piece of furniture. The only complaints I have are that there are a couple of very noticeable gouges on top of one of the end posts / the frame is gray and the gouges show the white underlayer. And one part did not perfectly because it is a bit warped. Very well made.
Easy to put together after finding directions online, none were in the box. Missing about 6 screws and had to improvise with our own. Overall worth the price and seems sturdy. We are going to use the trundle for storage rather than a second bed and it looks like under bed storage bins will fit inside perfectly. Well made and packaged.
