    Wouldnt buy again

Our daughter was so excited to have a big girl bed. After waiting until the weekend to put it together (and already dissembling her crib), we discovered we were missing 20 nuts. The customer service line was closed on the weekend and their voicemail box was full. I also emailed and didnt receive a response on next working day so my husband went to Lowes to attempt to get nuts that would work. He ended up having to tweak the holes to make it all fit and the wood also split on the front of the trundle when he was putting one of the nuts on with the wrench. Disappointing that its right on the front and easy to see. Doesnt seem incredibly sturdy but luckily its for a 3 year old who is excited for her bed regardless of the headache.

    Not shabby

This item is not difficult to put together if you know how to use tools. It is made of particle board/ plastic so it is extremely malleable. People that dont know how to put these things together, or have trouble with them are usually not people who put things together regularly or at all. Overall its sturdy enough for a small child forever. I laid on it for a while and I go 260. Easy directions.

    Exposed bolts

I am disappointed that this bed has exposed bolts.. It makes the bed look cheap. Its ok but smaller than expected.

    item was scratched

We assembled the bed but noticed that one of the board had a scratch. Put a lot of effort into assembly so not worth returning the item.

Works wonderfully, but not simple to assemble

Assembly was NOT fun, but then again for the price Im not surprised that assembly would be a joke. Once we did get it assembled though its exactly what we wanted for our spare bedroom space. Excellent product!

With a lot of patience, curse words, and prayer I was able to put this together!

Pretty simple to assemble (aside from mislabeled and non labeled parts). Myself and my 13/year old put this together in a couple of hours. There were some screws that were not easy to work with, but somehow we got it together. There is no info or instructional videos online (to include the website) to assist you. For the price, the quality is good. No major complaints. Bought two great value for the money, durable.

    Great Value

Really easy to put together. Im 120 lbs and did it myself. Once you get the hang of it. It took me a total of maybe an hour alone. Sturdy and the kids love it. Disappointed the price went down after purchase without an adjustment Wish I purchased it from Walmart instead since I would have been able to get the 60 difference but the product itself was great. Great Product.

    Weak design and materials.

After less than a year it broke.

Keep the kids away while assembling unless you want them to learn new course words

Whoever designed this needs to have their head examined. The wrench the give you is 3 inches and unless you have baby hands its a pain in the neck to try and tighten the bolts.

    Good for , quick/easy assembly

Look pretty good, although you will need to purchase white plugs to cover up the screws next to the mattress. Pretty easy to put together/ took me by myself about 35 minutes from start to end. The trundle is free floating and needs constant adjustment to stay flush with the main bedframe. We chose to use the trundle to store the extra bedding when in use and not being staged as a couch/daybed. Nice!
