Issues with Alignment but Excellent Customer Service!
Heres what my experience was:
The frame arrived on time and quickly, was well packed, and very easy to transport. The issues arose when it came time to attach the headboard and footboard to the rest of the frame. After taking the frame apart twice and going over the steps multiple times, I still could not get the holes to align enough to get the prescribed screws in.
After realizing that they simply wouldnt align, I emailed the seller and got a quick response asking me for more information about the frame. I sent it along and within the next communication, they were sending me a new frame at no charge to me!
While assembling the new frame, I still noticed that just one hole wasnt super well aligned despite everything else fitting perfectly, but I was able to secure it enough that I feel confident sleeping on it.
Pros:
/beautiful headboard and frame
/fast customer service and solution finding
/relatively straightforward instructions with putting things together
Cons:
/quality control seems to be an issue with parts
/the bed does indeed squeak a little during adult activities
Overall, a mediocre experience that was aided by the fantastic job of the customer service provided by the seller! Not super sturdy.
