It serves its purpose for keeping kids out but not huge to fit AR style guns with scope. The metal is thing but does the job. I wish it were fire proof to store other items. Easy to setup and operate. My one major complaint is after you shut the handle you have to remember to spin the gray dial on the outside to ensure it locks. Not a big deal but could be dangerous if you enter in a hurry and forget to turn it after. Overall for the price its a nice safe. Id like to see a fireproof model, a light and a tad bit more depth in it with an organizer for accessories/handguns. Exactly as it looks, but not great quality.
This is a high quality product. You should be aware that youre getting a gun cabinet and not necessarily a true safe. It will be very effective in securing your valuables from kids, household visitors, etc. But it will not stop a professional thief, only slow him down (which is effective too).
The product arrived ahead of schedule / shipped via Fed Ex from Chicago / and in perfect condition. Customer service has been fantastic. They advertise 24 hour response, and I was surprised that I got that twice, over the weekend, for something as mundane as just registering the product. And they are sending me a door organizer for registering.
I decided between three versions of this safe / the digital touchpad, the older biometric one, and this one with the newer biometrics. Please note that the sizes are a bit different between the three. I can tell you that the biometrics work great / honestly, much better than my Dell laptop. The safe is otherwise spacious and solidly constructed.
Some helpful hints: 1) Consider getting motion sensing, battery operated lights to place inside (USB rechargeable lights didnt have the longevity I was looking for). 2) To open the safe, you enter in the code initially, THEN TURN THE GRAY RING CLOCKWISE, then turn the handle. 3) Dont forget to register your fingerprints / if you dont, then ANY fingerprint will open it! 4) It comes with bolts and hardware for concrete to secure it / you will need to get something else if you are securing to a different material. Very good.

I looked through every single gun cabinet and gun safe under 1000 and decided on this one after trying to others. Without question this is the best value for the money. It is not fire rated but you wouldnt expect that at this price. I recommend anchoring it from the back into the wall Very nice
The safe is very nice. The key pad and fingerprint recognition work perfectly. My safe came with some minor damage on the outside and when I went to register my safe, I told the company about the minor issue. They sent me a complimentary door organizer and a small rebate for my troubles. Now thats customer service. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Great for small spaces.
Received in well packaged thick box with lots of foam padding around the safe. Keypad and fingerprint scanner works great. You definitely have to mount it due to the door weight causing it to tip. Plenty of space to hold your weapons. Love these.
Great safe! Structure seems strong and the design is clean (for the price). The customer service of this company is great and they are very quick to try to resolve issues. I really wanted to give this safe a 5 star review, but unfortunately the technology needs some improvements. The fingerprint scanner is not consistent and the on/off beep feature does not work properly. The company was quick to offer a solution but that required opening the safes door and removing the beeping device. Thats a lot of work and it also means you will no longer have the option to have beeps in the future. Overall, I have no regrets purchasing this safe and I would recommend it. Its OK.
I love my new rifle safe. you can lock and unlock with the emergency key, biometric or code. perfect for 5 rifles and a few hand guns. I strongly recommend for safety and security. love it! Fantastic Size.
