I was very impressed that the item arrived sooner than I expected. The safe was little thinner than I expected but for the price its a great buy and good enough for what I needed it for. Could be little cheaper.
Overall we are very happy with this safe. The fingerprint scanner was easy to program and so far has worked perfectly. I like that the code can be up to 8 digits long making it more complex to determine. The backup keyed entry is a perfect finish to make sure access can be obtained if the batteries die or the code is forgotten.
Inside it has room for a number of long guns though if they are scoped it makes it challenging to fit more than a few. I have no issue with the height with any of our long guns.
I really like the internal lockbox for additional items and was surprised by how much room it has.
I have ordered the door organizer from the company and look forward to adding it.
The only negatives I found were that the door is by far the heaviest part and it will fall forward when opening if not secured to the wall or floor. Mounting hardware included was only expansion bolts which dont work for drywall, but a couple construction screws and washers into the studs and its just fine. The wall and back thickness were not significantly thick, though I knew this when ordering.if you want thicker it will cost you.
If you are looking to store a few guns safely in a small space with relatively easy access this is a great purchase.

I like it overall. You have to set up the fingerprint reader when you first set it up, otherwise any fingerprint will open the lock. It is a good idea to program whatever finger you plan to use multiple times in different ways to increase the likelihood that it will open when you need it to open. You can also use the code that you program in as well. There is no padding where the locking bolts meet the metal frame, so the door sounds a little clunky. I put some thin sticky back padding on the inner frame where metal meets metal, and this has made cabinet MUCH more quiet. I would have liked for the safe to come with the padding to make it quieter, but that is really my only complaint with it. Buy It.

The fingerprint was easy to setup, but I find it fickle to use to unlock. The combo was very easy to setup. Anchoring to the wall is a must due to the heavy door. Im very happy with the purchase. Id poured through a lot of reviews and settled on this gun safe. I have a pretty long shotgun in it and it holds it nicely. I also have 2 other rifles that have scopes on them along with a single shot 20 guage and another remington shotgun. The top lock box holds my two pistols nicely.
The biometrics was easy to setup. Be sure to take note of where the reset button is on the inside door when you are getting started. The finger print read works in about 1.5 seconds. The safe is heavy but I managed to move it to where I wanted. I attached it to my wall by putting some 1x4s on the wall with molly bolts and then screw and washer to the 1x4 from inside the safe.

So far this product is working well for me. I needed a locker that could store 1/2 PC carbines/ rifles, 3/4 handguns and 1/2 tactical shotguns/ shockwaves plus associated equipment, ammo etc. There are not a lot of instructions to set things up but there is a video and I was able to figure things out reasonably well. Came with a liner on the floor and on the front wall plus some foam barrel retainers for long arms that were a bit too high/ narrow to properly fit my Shockwave or Ruger. Used a box of ammo at the bottom to help. Hopefully the length works better with a rifle. Love the three modes of access because I was worried about the finger reader but if anything the coded access is redundant because the fingerprint reader seems to work well. My wife especially appreciates the ease of entry in case of emergency, I will be muting the beep as its quite loud.
Fit and trim was pretty good, this is not a safe to deter a professional thief but it will keep the guns safe from the kids and a casual intruder. Think of it as resistant vs. theft proof. Someone will definitely have to have a game plan as it is bulky/heavy and the right tools would have to be brought/ found to breech it. Strongly suggest attaching to wall if you have mischievous kids but pretty stable on its own. Not planning to expand my collection by much more or space would definitely become an issue so consider your current/ future plans. The locked inner shelf wont accommodate more than one gun some records, a few mags and ammo boxes. Service was great and Alan was very attentive and diligent. Be sure to ask for the complimentary organizer which I show in the picture and is great for maximizing the space! Very helpful.
Its perfect for what I need! For the price and features it comes with, it is an excellent safe. It is not waterproof or fire safe, but thats not why I purchased it.
The quality of the build is very good. Mounting it to the wall is super easy and sturdy.
The fingerprint and keycode were very easy to setup. I have to touch the fingerprint reader twice, sometimes, for it to recognize. But no big deal.
I love the extra external battery connectivity just in case the internal battery dies.
Customer service has been outstanding.
