I am a first/time rebounder, using this form of exercise for aerobics, muscle strength, and for improvement of bone density. Im not too far past the health bounce stage but am already feeling benefits. The mat is sturdy (as opposed to squishy) and I am surprised to find that my balance is not compromised. After only a few weeks, I am feeling improvement in my strength.
I just finished assembling this product. It took me and my two daughters to assemble it only because you have to hold it down to stretch the springs straight. It took about 40 minutes to assemble but I did find the instructions easy to follow. Im not very good at assembling products and usually rely on my brother to do it. This was easy for to do on my own and Im so happy to be able to use it. I only gave it 4 stars because I havent really had a chance to give it good use but I will update in a few months on how it performs when I give it regular use.
Sent an online message to customer service on Oct 9 with full details of the problem. They are currently reviewing the problem and I hope to hear back from them soon, as I feel I need to send it back and get sent a replacement. replacement. I also am caring for a husband with dementia and the in/home exerciser is best, rather than going to a gym.
I would like to revise the previous review. We were finally able to get the trampoline put together, with the help of a friend that had much stronger muscles to get the frame pushed down. I am very happy to have it all put together . The customer service was quick to respond to the problem, with 2 replies. I did notify them that the trampoline did not need to be returned and sent back.
Purchased this because of the handle bar, which makes it more safe than the ones without. It also was a good price point. It does take 2 people to open the trampoline but once that is finish, one person can do the installation. Jumped on it and it is super sturdy. Great product.
We were able to assemble the rebounder very quickly because directions were clear with photos of each step. The rebounder has 6 feet/legs so it is very stable. I got it to revitalize my lymphatic system which had become very sluggish due to several Chemotherapy infusions to treat cancer. But my husband has quickly become addicted to using the rebounder because it just feels so good!
the trampoline arrived days before the estimated delivery date, it was a great surprise. i was able to put it together myself. it is really nice and it has been a great way to workout
Im not going to sugar coat itthis thing was a pain in the *** to assemble. The springs are metal and also noisy. But Ive had it for 3 years now and use it regularly. No problems, still going strong.

Sturdy trampoline at a great price!
