Good bouncing service, good service for replacing broken part

Update: I sent the company an email, and they sent me some replacement legs and a partial refund for my trouble. I am quite pleased. I will repeat that the actual trampoline surface is great, very strong and bouncy and the kids love it. Just the handle was a problem, but bigger kids wont need the handle anyway. The legs attached to the handles widened with use such that now they do not screw tightly onto the threads on the trampoline frame. I removed the handle (which was never very secure or confidence/inspiring) but the damage was already done / several feet are loose and one wont attach at all. I tried to reach out to product support but the website link from doesnt work and googling the product just gets me links to buy it. If the manufacturer would send me replacement legs, I would be happy / the actual jumping part is great (which is why it gets two stars instead of just one).

    Good thus far

Just assembled this today and it was fairly easy to put together. Kids like it so far. Im interested to see how it holds up long term.

Arrived early! Super easy assembly! Seems very sturdy. Like the size.

I was attracted to this model in part because it seemed to require very little assembly. I can attest to that. Unfold it put in a couple of securing pins, the protective pad goes on over the posts for the legs, then screw on the legs. No tools required! Getting it to unfold is a little like a bear trap. There is some resistance. But I just stood on one side and pressed down the other side and it popped in place pretty easy. I am 53 , about 140 lbs 63 year old, in pretty good shape. The arthritis in my hands hurt a little while stretching the protective pad in place but that was the worst of it. I have not put the handrail on because I think it may be more in the way for my purposes as I have pretty good balance at this point. But I am glad to have it as an option should I change my mind later. I seems really well built. I like that it has six legs which I think will add to the stablily and strength. My husband is 6 and about 190. He just tried it out and was pretty impressed. I like the size, a little bigger than some, but not huge. I dont know if I will every fold it up. I think you would have to take the legs and pad off to do so. I will use the storage bag for the handrail for now. Now I need to look up some videos on the internet for some routine ideas and get hopping. It was shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived five days earlier than the earliest day promised. So No excuses to get my new year started right on time.

    Affordable. Sturdy.

Affordable. Got this for my grandmother so that she can hopefully gain some more mobility. Seems to be of good quality, and very sturdy so I feel very comfortable leaving it with her to use by herself with the hand rails.

I like this rebounder, I exercise for depression, but Ive also lost weight

I had gotten a cheaper one and it was good, but after maybe 6 months, it lost some elasticity. I also really needed a bar, since I am not the mist graceful person in the world. Thats an understatement Anyway, the bar does feel wobbly, but it really isnt. When you need to lean or need something to keep balance, its good. The set up was pretty easy. I did need a bit of help popping it open before you add the legs. The screws holes are kind of in an awkward spot / you have to twist your arms around a bit, and you will be on your knees and elbows. Its not lightweight, so I cant just move it around from room to room. And the handle does make it a bit award to get thru a doorway. If you have OCD or just in general need things to line up, youll need to make sure the handle bar lines up with the printed words on the fabric. I know that sounds weird, and I thought I wouldnt care, but after the first workout, I had to move the handle because the off center words drove me cry. I dont think I am OCD, but it was bugging me. The fabric feels much firmer than the cheaper trampoline, but I have only been using a short while. I am not doing those workout where you burn 900 calories in a half hour. I loaded up my Spotify with fun music (oldies from 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s) and found some YouTube videos to get ideas and made my own routine. Its not rocket surgery I am over 40, and simply am trying to exercise for my mental health / depression and anxiety. I take some supplements like b vitamins and cayenne and saffron. Those also coincidentally help with metabolism. I changed my diet to healthier foods (not a health nut, I still eat veggie burgers and eat chocolate, just better choices), etc. I exercise about 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. Since I started these changes last Spring, I have lost nearly 20 pounds. I am at a healthy weight (in the middle of my range). And I feel like this type of activity is one I can and will keep up.
