Im 64 / This is the only Office Chair that provides Great Back Support for Tall People, Looks Nice, and isnt 500+ bucks!

Pros: Lumbar Support. Good Arm Support. Very Sturdy. Comfortable Seat For Hours. Classy Look and Feel. Good Wheel Movement. Great Price. Cons: It wouldnt be bad if it went up another few inches, but thats not really a con.

    Nice Chair!

Im 66, 280 pounds, and I seem to go through computer chairs pretty quickly as they dont hold up for very long, so I was pleased to find a Big and Tall Office Chair. The chair arrived as scheduled, packaged well, and assembled easily with no problems. It feels very sturdy, is comfortable and looks great. Im very happy with this purchase.

Feels pretty good on day 1.

It should be noted that I bought a set of those aftermarket rubber wheels that was suggesting to go with this chair, as it was high/past/time the shredded old plastic office mat vintage 1995 that was under my old chair got the heave/ho; this has raised this chair somewhat from its design point. This chair feels very, very, very good. Im not a snob so I couldnt care less about whether bonded leather is real or fake leather / its actually real leather scraps from making higher/quality items, fused together into a sheet and worked like normal / and this chair _feels_ like Im sitting in the chair of the general managers office chair of some kind of branch office of a multinational firm of some sort or another. The instruction sheet doesnt mention it, but on the underside of the chair seat are a couple of L/shaped plastic brackets that were stapled to the bottom of the chair, to act as spacers for the front of the chair mounting bracket. The instructions do not even depict these spacers; in fact the assembly instructions depict the chair without these spacers. Since the chair has its own native tilt/back and lock function, theres no need to retain these, and I wouldnt really want a structural member of my chair being affixed by mere staples anyway. Removing the spacers was a little obnoxious but nothing too difficult; if you leave them on, the front of the chair will be tilted upwards quite a bit even with the chair bracket at full/flatness. I tossed them, I suggest you do too. Assembling this thing by myself was a royal pain in the rear, but the instructions do say two adults recommended for assembly. I did not have any other adults to call upon, so I had to make do. The hardest part by far was aligning the holes in the seat with the holes in the backs mounting plate. My major complaint is that they used Allen/headed screws and an included Allen/wrench. Why, for the love of all that is holy, do companies keep doing this. Phillips Head screws are just fine, and everybody has a Phillips Head screwdriver. I banged my knuckles up a lot using the included Allen Wrench, and I was obliged to duct/tape said wrench to the underside of the chair for later/on tightening/up work. Otherwise, this thing feels so good, especially the adjustable lumbar support. No way of knowing if it will remain that way, especially since Im sure to be using it day/in, day/out, for years and years and years to come, but hopefully Ill get many years of good use out of it.

Item received damaged, shipping container inadequate.

Bought this chair from through ToysOnline and ToysOnline has not yet made the right decision with regard to accepting the return of the item which was damaged in transit. All I got when I filed my claim was a form letter response and a shipping label, despite the fact that I said the shipping container was not able to be used to ship it back and I could not agree to their requirement that I provide all items or the credit would not be granted (Im not sure if all the parts are there or not since the container was broken during transit). You would think that a 548 heavy piece of furniture would warrant a heavy duty shipping container, with at least two boxes, one inside the other, but apparently ToysOnline does not think so. They shipped it in only a single box that is very flimsy. No wonder the box broke during transit. I bought a quad monitor stand (118) from a different vendor and it came in two boxes, arrived perfectly fine. ToysOnline needs to actually read their customers email rather than responding with a form letter and marking the claim resolved when it was not resolved. They also need to learn how to pack merchandise for shipment. UPDATE : ToysOnline I found out has an F rating with the BBB mostly for delivery problems. Buyer beware / do not buy from ToysOnline. I wonder how ToysOnline escaped with screening process. I was under the impression that qualified their sellers.

    Beautiful TALL and Comfterble! Recommended!

AWFUL QUALITY!! After only 6 months of hardly even using the chair its entirely broken. The chair leans to each side when you sit on it and isnt stable anymore. Its very uncomfortable.

Excellent chair for the money so far.

Arrived in two days / exceptional! Box was damaged on one corner, but all the pieces/parts arrived intact no worse for wear and tear. Ive had another chair like this recently that wasnt half as comfortable or good looking (so much so that I gave it away to the first taker), so Im quite impressed with the design, materials, and workmanship out of the box. A word of warning on the assembly. The arms are integral to the stability of the chair, especially when reclining. Because of tension between between the chair back and the chair seat during assembly (the arms go on last), the arm retaining screws are somewhat hard to line up with their inserts and easily cross threaded or stripped. Take care to prevent that, because firmly secured arms are required to safely use a chair like this. Other than that, great chair. Its very comfortable right out of the box, and thats something you can usually judge immediately. Great deal for 300 so far.

    Great Chair for the money

Got this for 281, I can see why they are priced at 600 and they are worth that. Super well made leather is awesome. I am 73inches and 250 pounds. I would say it might be a bit short if you are over 6 feet, the bottom is too short for you legs.
